After reviewing your initial questionnaire and a 60 minute Zoom meeting to discuss your overall ideas and travel needs, I'll set you up with a general plan based on your interests, timing and budget - or assist you with your existing plans to make sure the logistics and overall planning makes sense for your needs.

The suggestions I provide are fully vetted by myself or a trusted fellow long-time Italy travel planner and together we have a large cache of resources and personal experiences under our belts.  ANDARE Italy is not affiliated with the tours, experiences, restaurants or accommodations provided to you; these are true, legitimate recommendations for your specific trip  based upon experience and not simply given for kickbacks or commissions from the vendor.

My purpose is to provide custom tailored advice on all your trip planning needs – from cities and towns to hotels to logistics to tours and more – and share favorite places, experiences and activities that will make your trip unique and memorable.

WHAT YOU GET

• Final custom 12-16 page (depending on complexity) PDF document with personalized itinerary, accommodations, tours, transportation and other requested recommendations based on our discussion including clickable links to take you directly to the source
  
  
• Additional reading material, travel tips and general information relevant to YOUR trip
  
  
• Email follow up after your trip to see how things went

DETAILS

• Covers up to a 14 day trip with 3-5 main destinations for up to six people following the same itinerary
  
  
• Recommendations and final document will be provided within five business days
  
  
• 3-4 recommendations per category (typically Accommodations, Tours/Experiences and Restaurants, but these will be tailored to your needs) will be provided with detailed explanations 

NOT INCLUDED

• A detailed day-by-day trip itinerary (available for additional fee)
  
  
• Booking of accommodation, activities, transportation, restaurants etc.; only recommendations and suggestions will be provided, the actual booking is on your own
  
  
• Additional 30 minute Zoom meeting available for $59 (for more details on any category (managing the train system + transportation is a popular request); let me know ahead of time what you would like to discuss)
